Sales Team always proactive to connect, design took bit more time but team helped in giving good ideas as per space requirements and functionality. Final design outcome is as per our imagination. Production and site work got completed within 60-70 days and team is flexible with minor design changes. Customised beds is a worthy add on. Post execution support is also good and prompt response received within 1-2 days. Overall happy with the materials, design and finishing.

Starting from intial interaction, Kajal explained every material and quote line items in detail and set our expectations right. Design team did a good work to show us how the project looks and suggested nice color combinations. Implementation is done exactly as how we imagined. The design phase itself took around 3 weeks — the designer gave a few solid suggestions, and I also added some ideas from my own online references, which they managed to incorporate well. Execution was mainly handled by Shiva (Assistant Project Delivery Manager) and Ravi (Associate). Shiva kept the coordination tight and made sure things didn’t stall, while Ravi was hands-on with the smaller details and fixes. There were a few ups and downs during the process, but the team sorted them out without dragging things too long. Timelines were mostly followed, and the final look of the house feels neat and functional. Not flawless, but definitely a solid job — I’m happy with how it turned out.
